Having a disaster affect a home is one of the worst things that can happen to a family. All at once, their basic needs become priorities—food, shelter and clothing. From CRDN’s perspective, as long as everyone comes out uninjured, then it may be the luckiest day of their lives—because everything else can be replaced—or restored. This is where CRDN comes into their story.
As owner of three CRDN locations in Nebraska, Western Iowa and South Dakota, Terese Jung leads a team of content restoration professionals who are solely focused on providing service that is meaningful to homeowners and beneficial for insurance companies and restoration contractors.
Terese focuses on both business development and day-to-day operations, ensuring that her team is empowered to meet the needs of those dealing with a property loss due to damage from fire, smoke, water and other contaminants. For her, it’s a philosophical approach to being in the restoration business, where speed of response and customer satisfaction are guiding principles.
